i just wear new boots with movement bonus to my merc and my walk time dont change. why? 8)

Well, when you have 2 heros (you and the merc in this case), I believe the speed you travel on the map is determined by who is slower. I will test it tonight hopefully and tell you for sure.

It's correct.
The speed of a party is determined by its slowest member.
