Crafting Sets Use

Hi and sorry if there was similar tread, I couldn't find it.

My crafting set doesn't seem to give bonus crafting chance. I am tier 4 and so is the set. I have about 180 skill points in Armorer and 280 in Miner in tier 4 (and 250 in tier 3 miner, but it doesn't work for them too). I have only 3 pieces of the set, if that matters.

The set is equipped on the crafting doll, so the pieces are not really 'bound' to me, could this be the problem?
Or should I accumulate X skill points before it works?
Will the tier 4 set work for lower/higher tier recipes?

I tried with 2 pieces from the Tier 3 set, but still no bonuses in any tier recipes

The crafting set bonus works only when a legendary tool is used along with it.You can get them at a lower price in dangerous provinces.
Even if you use a rare,or epic tool you won't get the bonus.

I have to add that bonuses from tools and sets works at all tiers! Even if you are equipped with lower tier tool&set or only tool, you will receive its bonus at higher tier crafting too!
