The Apprentice (never appear in the store).When I got to level thirty continuous income without having recipes for Tier 4 for rings.Where they are? Appear only when fight Recipes per Tier 3 and I have unlocked  in cat 4 jewellery.

even if you find some recipes tier 4 you cant craft this items cause you havent ingots tier 4. and probably there is not ready any recipes tier 4 for jeweller
