The guild menu is inactive while working at the tavern. Is it necessary? It's the best time to read new posts at the guild forum, when you have nothing better to do!

Like Krum said, work is developed to do when U go to sleep. there is nothing to do when U sleep 8)

yep, I very much agree on this
same thing for sending out invitations to join the Alliance (after all we can send messages when "working-to-rest")

I strongly agree !!! Its a good idea for some options to be disabled during work, but I think communication with other players and access to guild forum should always be available as long as you are online...
