Where I can find mercs tier 3? Great Wind Province tavern offers only tier 2?

thats sucks like hell...... my merc is dead and i cant heal him he was 2, and i paid to be 3, now he is dead and i cant heal him???? omfg?

the new healing rule for mercs really suck as you said, coz mostly of the Merc stores and healing stores are rong placed acoording to the Tier province they are.

i think Barracks province and great winds (tier3 provinces) have healers for tier3 mercs

plz, i want someone from administrators to make some comment, what should i do now???

should i w8 for 7 lvls so i am tier3???? that makes no sense at all!
and makes game very un-smart
