You need to find the enemy and kill him some times is a Boss-mob and you have to fight a lot of times to find it, or at multi-stage dungeons you have to reach at the very end of dungeon to kill it (multi-stage have a x/y number next to their name when you are there and x is your current stage and y is the total number of stage's)
