how to use the hammer?

How to use with success the hammer tier 3 (+6%) to craft iron, silver ingot with 10% chance to critical chance, for weaponsmith and minel. What is necessary if he has access to craft weapon for level 3 (0 CP) and more 200 CP like miner (tier 3). He has only guaranteed 4% (with +6% hammer    ) he is interested for only ingot not weapon.

You must have over 200 cp in Tier 3 weaponsmith in order for the hammer to benefit your weapons crafting. Once you get 100cp, the hammer will be available you will gain the additional 6% chance.
