Experience for reaching a certain level

How comes that people with more experience are smaller level then people with less experience?

I thought that it took some time for the ranking to refresh....could it be that ?

I don't think so, cause people with 56000 xp are lvl. 20, and skittles has 56100 for some days now and still needs 104 xp. to reach next level.

PS: not that he wants to reach next level. *hihi*

Well, this is something that can't be fixed, (at least for now).  ???
After certain changes regarding experience points there are lower level accounts with more exp than others who are higher level.
Programmers are already informed about this,I guess it will be fixed in future, when its time comes.
