Dual Wield Ranger

oke , quick question about dual wield for rangers , will we be able to dual wield all weapons ?

and here is one thing i would like to be done, no dual wield for 2 javelin, i mean cmon , how the hell can you fight using 2 javelins , it makes no sense to me  8)

Either way , its really nice, btw here should be weapon scimatar :P or maybe here is but i didnt se it...
i wanna create one of my fav book characters Drizzt Do Urden > 2x scimatars :P ... or il go for Artemis Entreri > t.dagger+1hsword

ranger dual wield only works with 2 daggers/hunting knives.

Well, it doesn't sompletely suck, due to some balance issues I suppose (imagine a ranger with two top lvl javelines... the battle would end before they even get close to you).

Also, if bonusses can stack, imagine what you can do with two sets of hunting knives, giving you 40% agility and dexterity, plus having about the damage of a set of javelines of their own level. So it is either a well shielded or super agile and pinpoint hero.

However, I want to know if equipping two throwing knives will give +40 Agi and Dex and if the hero uses both of them in a round.

No, the natural bonus to Agi and Dex doesn't stack (hence you still have +20% even with two daggers), however everything else does - attack, atr. bonuses and etc..

Xaoc...from which level can we distribute the points to dual wield?
I heard that after 20lvl, and then after I complete other specialities...

It requires to have one (or all?) weaponmasteries developed at maximum (e.g throwing knives mastery lvl7) obtained before you can have Dual wield. What is interesting though, it also wants to have shield mastery, which is kind of strange, if we cannot use a shield while fighting with two weapons. I am sorry I have spent all my skill points and cannot check the requirements again, but there were some more issues I found strange abot it too.
