lowered damage after 20 hits

Round 20
Team 1 takes turn
sasa made 20 shots with Javelins so their damage is lowered by 50%.
New damage min : 7.02
New damage max : 26.04

Is this permanent change or testing phase ?
I noticed that this does not happen when I use other weapon?

Somewhere in the forum was written that there is going to be a limit for javelins... only for them...

yes, xaoc said javelins are owerpowered because they forget to put quantity on them. so now after 20 javelins used, they do 50 % damage.
