das mercenaries gain level, experience? Because I can not see exp (yellow) bar in my merc status. Yes I readed in tips of the day topic, but is confusing for me thet I can not monitor my merc progress, like how many exp points hi got from the battle.

Yes, mercs gain experience and increase their levels. The attribute points are evenly distributed among the 5 attributes (you cannot choose how they are distributed).
