Armor Workshop 
Increases the base chances for Rare, Legendary and Epic items, when armor is crafted.
Ultimate level grants 25% base chance bonus to crafted armor's attributes. 


My question is - Which level is ultimate ?   ???

Hi Jany :) I think he asks how many levels are there. You get 2% for the first 3 levels so if that's how it steps would mean 12 or so levels. Kind of super scary .
