when Im leaving IH at night, Im having sometimes artillery points (its after midnight of server time). but when i get back from work, they are gone. why?

Server refreshes at 12 PM (GMT+2 Server Time)
This means that at 12:00 at night, all players points go to 0/5.

I wrote that points are present after server refresh. back from work Im about 6. to clarify it (however I think its not necessary) after 12pm (midnight) I have some atrillery points, at 6pm or later at the evening (same day of course) they are gone. both are server time. right now I still have it, I dont know when they used to disappear.

Simply your replies are a bit confusing:

As you can see at the first time you claiming  they are gone (aka vanish/ can't see them) and that you still have it (the bug? the point? what?). And then you are saying you have wins and they did not disappear...

It is simply...
Tell us how many wins you have today/or the day you noticed the bug.
Then say how many wins you see when you are pressing the button for the free APs.
And then if the hours between your wins and your check are at different days (server time)
