Problem in transfer - red ball

Someone please help!

I transferred obsidian tiles from home to inventory. Then I wanted to split the amount. They divided in 1 amount of obsidians and second amount transformed in red balls.

What to do to recover those 10 obsidian tiles?

So...problem is not solved. I can not even sell them because they do not appear in resource selling list. But I didn't wanted to sell them anyway.

6 weeks since I reported this problem and no one was able to help me.

Oton managed to transform them from Red Ball into obsidian tiles but only as visual, because they still can not be used or sell.

Our CMs are saw your issue at the first time, that's why I merge the topics.

This issue is a bit hard to solved and at the moment the staff is occupied "top secret" ...things.
I was ensured that the first programmer will become available he will try to fix it.

Haven't tried to sell them yet, but, I think it will be fine
