Is it possible to have more than one character in the same realm?
And in different realms?

Yes, it's possible to have accounts in different realms, but I think that you have to write your other e-mail.

BUT if you use them like ''gold making machine'' or you attack each other,
then you will be restricted from the game.

Well, this is not an online rts game, so I think you actually are allowed to do all these things, since it doesn't violate the mechanics. Eitherway, I am 100% babysitting is allowed in this particular game.

Yes. It will be sort of profitless anyway, since:
1) Players cannot attack lower tier opponents
2) Each lost battle costs 40% of your equipment
3) There is an ingame system to easily send gold and diamonds to other players
4) You can exchange items through the guild stash and you can join any guild unlimited number of times

In conclusion- take maeof's advice and avoid battles between your heroes, since it will be pointless and suspicious.
