health eating bug..

hello... i currently play in beta.. my health is 48..my heath recovery rate is 24 per hour.. but after 8 hour my health only increase to 72.. this does not make sense.. is this some kind of bug??
im waiting for any replies.. and hope it can be fix..

before this it was 190... but after i leveled up..everything backs to normal...
