Username and realm and for what language you answer in ask for help? Were you offline lately for longer period, because all rewards are given at the beggining of month, and messages are deleted after 7 days.

Too much "please". A solution to this situation (if possible) would be to make the system send you that exact E-pin it should have sent you before. This way, if you haven't received it/seen the message on time you will have a second chance. And, if you forgot you had used the E-pin already, you won't be able to use it again, because it will be invalid.

I am not a member of the developers/support and I do not know what has happened or not. I was only suggesting a method which, if possible to be implemented, would provide a fail-proof and fair solution to the situation.

I think your idea can be realized. if I return the same e-pins, I have already sent, I will take it because it's still active.

The system is absolutely automatic.

I just push a button and the person receives a PM with his/her coupon.

And my button disappears.

So, I can't send coupons to the same person twice for a certain month.

The way I see it, you should check you messages again or ask the people who have access to your account... are they really your friends?

the coupon was not stolen. nobody has the password of my account. I could not withdraw because the message is deleted after seven days alone. I was on vacation and could not connect to the imperial hero. I've been away 5-22 of August.
