How do I filter out the non-english posts(or the non-any other language for that matter) when using the "Show unread posts since last visit" feature?

I wish there was such a way, it would save me a quite a bit of time :) I dont think there is a way though, just read all messages in english and then click on "Read all" to ignore the rest.

or just look at national forum without checking "unread since last visit", all new are signed 8)
