Action Bar

Does this game have an action bar? or else, how are skills and pots used?

there is info how many times potions will be used yet, in menu skills you can check how many spirit is used into each skill in battle

action bar is a bar under toon from which skills are usually used by shortcuts in RPGs. now, here skills are used automatic? or preset before battle?

oh, k. so, i wasn`t wrong when i just clicked on mobs around my level.
 and from where do i get new skills?

Exp is from both and when you level up you gain skill and attribute points

which dominates? cause in some games, quests can be bypassed, since they are less rewarding than grinding, while in others, they are the centerpiece

quest can be bypassed but it gives you extra exp, ap, gold. you can make it but dont need to grow up. you will see this after reaching lvl 5

first option...quests don't give much exp and most of them don't even give exp

 so skills, come by lv? or do i need to find an NPC/tavern to get them?

when you make a level, you'll gain 1 skill point and you have just to use it in hero screen...read the game mechanics

oh, so i only have the skills with whom i start the game? no new ones?

at level 15 you can specialize...and you'll get about 10 new skills
