Gather 5 Crude Agate in River Fanatic - is it possible?

Trying for a while now to collect this crude agate (probably spent around 20 AP if not more), and so far I have found: 0.
I have finished all the other Tier 3 story-lines, but am unable to collect the gems in this one... pfff, I even built an outpost to increase the chance of finding gems but no help there as well...

Any suggestions? I am starting to loose hope... :(, btw, I am currently playing a lvl 28 mystic

well??? can no one post a response? almost level 30 and still can't gather any freaking gems in that dungeon ... :S
the amount of AP i spent there is just a joke!!

may be you should try with some mining tools, from loot or better the yellow one from the Crafting shop (if you can spare some diomonds)
