PROBLEMS LOGGING IN

What gives??

Every time I log out I have trouble logging back in. it's not like I forgot my password, but the system says otherwise. 2x now I have had to reset password, am I missing something or is it a bug or what?? I want to get this corrected or I'm out of here....

For a start you might want to give her your account name. And please report if the problem continues today.
