Why not ask the programmer to create a client that connects to the site of imperial hero? so we can play with the power of the PC, no need to use very slow browser.

I rather prefer the current way… no need to install, plus OS independent (I'm not using Windows)
The new stuff is ready to use… for everybody - no client update!
It's not a secret that browser is far easy to support and maintain (for the crew)

AND

at the end of the day if far more fast and easy to implement a web site, rather then some ultra-mega-hyper client working on certain OS, on certain video card, on certain CPU power...

nope, I'm not buying that anymore...
