there again is problem with "teleport" hero. this time not after battle but always when i go gather some woods my hero go to the forest gather wood and is moved to city. he spend only half time cause he walk only half way

Everything seems to be in order.
I just went for some digging with your hero.
I pressed 2 times "Instant traveling", I gathered and I instantly got home, which is how it's supposed to be.
The third time I went without instant traveling and I walked home by foot.

i went few times without instant travelling and he back home after half time. that means ie 10 x gather he should walk 50 minutes, 25 to forest and 25 back. but he walk only 25 minutes and back he was moved instantly

You are right, the time back is travelled instantly. There is still a problem.
