Stopping expeience

If I stop experience gaining, (with the limit of 400AP), does digging for resources also counts?
If I dig for a resource, does it take away from the 400 limit?

The block of experience is only with the fighting in the dungeon.
if you extract resources, do not use the 400 ap

same thing, the counter grows only when you use a.p. in dungeon after beasts.
