Multistage dungeon and drops

some items I receive as a drop in the last stage of a multistage dungeon, are still bound to me which is not suppose to be.
I encountered this many times, but till now (lucky me) only with items of rare and below... could some1 please take a look?

The problem looks massive. Again.

Only items that drop from the boss specifically, are not bound to your hero.
The loot which is bound to you, was obviously dropped by his escort.

this is not my first post, and this happens many times... I provided the image showing the loot from the boss, not any stage before.
this happens to me almost everytime, please check,,, items from boss are bound to me when they are rare and below....

Oton answered. Only items from boss are not bound to you. Items dropped from his escort(other 3 steppe wariors) are bound to you.. Ussually they drop lower items then boss.

I personally didn`t notice that before, (that all items are bounded from boss` escort to me after the fight).
