You have button in game to report insultive messages. Those messages are then checked and if insultive, player who sent it get silenced.

Was posted on one of my members profile...
Exact statement is: "Fuck YOU ALL"... + some teasing msgs sent...
No option to report (as far as I have seen), remarks on the profile

Also reported, one msg which was sent to me....
