"Defender of hope" problem.

I have a similar problem to Tania's, below.  I completed the first tavern mission and now the tutorial cannot proceed (Mr. Tutor thinks I'm not done the tavern quest) and the tavern quests are not available. (Tavern owner tells me to finish the tutorial.)

Help!

Well, when I logged on today, the tavern owner had two quests for me, though it still said, "You still have a Tutorial task to complete, stranger!
Come back when you complete the whole Tutorial and I will have something for you."  I did one of the quests and completed it for him, and now it just gives me the "Tutorial Task to complete" message.

The tutor is still at #28 and does not yet know that I've already taken and completed the "Defender of Hope" quest.  When I click on OK it just closes the window and nothing else.

You are now on Step 33 of the Tutorial.
Please, go to the Imperial City and choose a profession.
