the descriptions says: "Decreases opponents' chance for critical hit.".
does it decrease the chance for all enemies to critical hit the hero, or it decreases the critical chance of the enemies to hit any of the team?

If you have a battle report I will be able to answer. If I remember correctly is reducing the critical chance for any attack done from the enemy.

if i'm not wrong it is only for an opponent player, the one who has more critical %

cannot provide a battle report, only city guard has that skill... just dont know if it lowers enemy critical only against the dark mystic, or against the whole group of guards

As I said any attack made from the enemy (affected) will be with reduced critical.
It doesn't make sense if the critical reduce is against the "caster" only.
