eagle eye

i have 3/3 points in this skill and information so i have to be level 30 to increase it. maybe this is only visual and should be info so i reached maximum level or there is more than 3 levels in this skill but is shown only 3 8)

Eagle eye skill is only 3 levels.If you are useing bows  t3,t4 or t5 your range will become like for t3 - bow range = 3 + egale eye bonus 3 = 6 and with t5 bow the range of your weapon will be 5+3 = 8.

i think the special skills release the oportunity of adding points (and activiting them) by lv pr tiers.

I mean; i couden't do Evade until lv20, now i'm lv 20 but i can only put 2 points in them; and i need to be lv 30 to be aible to add more skill points, then i think i will be aible to put another 2 or 3 points until tier5 and so on.
