Why isn't possible to buy diamonds from Serbia?There are,I think 15 countries from which aren't players.I bought diamonds 4-5 times with  daopay and you refused with it.Why you can't to back it or simple just make the card Serbia with SMS and all others possibilities?  ???

It has to do with your country! At each country there are laws, different or unique from other countries. This means that perhaps your country's laws don't allow that kind of transaction to occur.

Also to buy with SMS must a telephone company or other provider, to have an agreement with imperia online company about the pays. Perhaps IO wasn't able to reach such agreement! I am sure that IO  wants to be easy for anyone to buy diamonds...this way will not lose any profits!

You can always use the other, international, ways!

You can use paypal or pay safe cards! They are international valid for transactions... When you go to buy diamonds menu, select international and you will see all the options.

But when I go to international it shows me Croatian card,because I am using that language.I am just kid with 13 years,so I can't buy with card.

Options you have at international page are:

Credit card
Paypal
Wallie-card
PayByCa$h
Pay By Ca$h

Some of them are easy to be created and used (like pay-pal)! But you need an adult's confirms to do the purchase... Also I think that the lowest price is 20$ for 500 diamonds...
Your country don't support the SMS option... (low cost/low diamond's amount).
