I crafted recently a legendary recipe with a legendary tool in a guild work bench that gave me 109% chance on crafting at least superb, but it came out normal?
Another problem that I had was: when staying a red province suddenly I was attacked and went straight to a green outpost while our guild doesn't have an outpost in that province? Normally you should go to another province next to it.
