crafting tiers

i reached 101 cp in tier 2,tier 3 doesnt say locked but 0/300.The problem is when i try to learn lvl 3 recipes it says its craftng tier is higher than mine.

have you reached yourself to Tier 3? you need to be in the corresponding tier to learn recipes and craft.

Hmm not really,didnt know this.I was told in ask for help than i just needed to get100 cp.
