when i press map or crafting i can't see anything ... but when i press hero or guilds i can see it both .....

Im not sure but maybes its a flash problem.
Try updating your flash player or the browser (if it got flash player built in)

i don't have any problems with flash player ... my second acount kanumi  run perfectly ...

Were you in your Guild's HQ/Outpost before this happened?
There was an old bug that when an Outpost/HQ was moved while there was a hero inside, that hero might get stuck.
If that was the case (or anything similar), I'm pretty sure someone of the devs team can move your hero manually.

Just be patient until tomorrow, which is a working day.

maybe you got out of the guild when you where still in an outpost/castle. enter again in that guild and re-login
