Hi  robio, when i begun this topic, i not mentioned names or guilds, only want this stop,  if you have acces in realm 3 , you will  see many ghost attacks to my guild , but all with msg, 1 attack ghost " be smart, 2 nicetry,  3 nicetryagain, but 4 fuck nob, and you tell this not to my guild? Sorry but this last 4 no respect other players

I saw your messages and I understood the problem: you don't want other fake attacks with blank guilds as Crassus rightly said:

At old times an account could join only 5 guilds. But with the need for item transfer between the guilds or with many guilds going inactive/disbanded this rule had to be changed. Now you can exit and enter a guild as many times you like.
This "freedom" creates new ways of strategies. And if those strategies are moral or not belongs to another conversation that I would be glad to take part if anyone opens.

About the names of the Guilds: the name alone can't be intended as an insult because there is no delivery at the insult; in other words if the name had been: "name of the offended guild"_f***_noobs, it would have been punishable because of the four-letter word used in that and it's used against a person (a guild in this case) that is written or however stated. By the way the word "noobs" isn't intended as an insult.

and I need to say that we will talk with GM who have no personal interest here, all know about nano vs signature problems, like all know that were leader of nano and good u are there to donate.

First of all what I do as a player and what I do as moderator are not connected!
Just to prove you wrong:
1) when I learned about it I contact signature members to hear their side of story. It was around 3-4 am and I send pm to all leaders of the signature guilds in order to get me in contact with the real leader.
Also I contact shivers as well.
2) when I was leader of nano not a single siege or misbehaviour from both sides had occur! We were at peace!
3) Even when Shivers learned for a bug that we have spotted at our workshop I was informing him to check if it is general or not.
4) Name one time that I wasn't fair and mistreated you or any signature guild members!
5) I requested from the people here not to blame any guild openly because they may be wrong... yeah... very beneficial towards nano!!!

Next time choose your words carefully.
Faulty information about a person may apply to flame wars rules or disrespect rules... enough said.

and ask dastro what he write to Dan_Juan about sherifa__ acc he need to be treated like serious abusive man, ask even Dastro what things he write to sherifa__ be sure that sherifa__ report this abuse and then what dastro write him again.... then we need to ask you all what u do with Dastro, go dig and see that we are not lieing... and there is no need of SS when we send raport right???

Sorry I am not responsible for other people acts! If you have such messages report them and a silence/penalty will be applied no matter who misbehaved.

Isis You probably do not understand the thing... Sherifa__ account received like 2 months ago(aprox) messages from player Dastro who was let me say "dissing" him, and he did it in Private Message, he write strange and vulgar words, and he(Sherifa__) reported that (there is a button to report vulgar messages). You say it happen to You .. ? Did someone write You some dirty words? Did you received some Private Messages or anything that anyone say dirty words about You ? You say "Fuck Noobs" touched You ... but why? You want to tell me You are a noob ?(No injuries, I just see the facts). I see nothing personal to You, Your guild or anyone personal in this "Fuck Noobs" ...

Well, I don't see any reason why Isis or any other member of her guild should think that the message was referring tho them. But no matter what such names are not allowed by the game! And that's why I and every active mod had to act.
I believe it is clear that the entire topic from moderators point of view isn't about who called what but for breaking the rules.

Hardly to believe! Punishments for insulting messages are silence. The penalty is the same for each message no matter how hard was.
The penalty is silence, each time a player gets penalty the time increases. Also insulting messages are checked from Moderators and CMs. If any of you try to make the others believe that I checked Dastro messages and I didn't punish him is a liar. Next time that anyone of you say that no further actions were taken either come with proof or I will permanently ban him from the forum for faulty accusations.
Finally I don't get why the issue for Signature members suddenly changed from the guild's bad name choice to Dastro messages months before (without bringing any proof that no actions where taken!)

Things that can be punished are direct insults like Personal Messages or Comments in the profile. But Guild Names used as insults without any other information about who is the insulted person I don't think can be punished.

You can do that by message either to support either at forum and pm to CM or moderator.
Today I requested a button for general report to be applied at the game and I was told that it will be number 1 at their list for IH.

Well I understand Your post and I didn't say anything that was a lie anyway... I just said what I know and this is all I had to say/write.
If the punishment for a player is silence then (fix me if I'm wrong please) that means he can still write vulgar words after the time of silence pass ?
As for the karma, how You know we give You (-) in karma? if You can see who put it then You know it wasn't me at least because the last karma I made I made it today morning...
Btw I also get (-) karma after I posted a post on evening, from who I do not know but I do not care about that, I can live with that

Punishment is for 24 hours at first time.
Second time is for 164 hours.
third time is for 10000 hours. (that's more than a year)

If a player send 3 messages one after the other or 3 players report a mass message he send then you can punish him for each message and reach the year silence at once!
Those times are fixed.

But this topic doesn't have anything to do with Dastro or the message report. It has to do with guild names...
As for that part:

And I want you to take it back. There is no way someone got away if a report filed against him... Specially for messages...

anyways, since my name was mentioned, let me just clarify:

1. i said what i said to whoever i said it, because that person pissed me off.  im pretty sure most people would have reacted the same as me. since you know half the story at best, you have no right to speak about it, let alone accuse me of anything. 
2. it was a private message, and if there was a problem -  well, thats what the "ignore" option is for.
3. what i said to whoever i said it to, is between me and him and is none of your business, same goes to what i said to dan juan.
what's said in PM is exactly that - private.

what are you complaining about exactly, i really dont understand. if someone sent you a letter in real life saying fuck this or that or what not - would you go to the postal authority and cry to them? pfff. much easier to just throw the letter, dont you think? heh.

i dont know where you get you info from, but stop spreading hate and running to the opers with all this nonsense.
its one thing to take offense from, for example, racist words or something like that, but, common people, in this case, you're just wasting everyone's time.

Hmm.. where did i write that those things can't be reported?? The guild, banner, merc, account names have to be changed but the (or by the writer or by the CMs, programmers..) person who wrote them can't be punished with the silence because it isn't an insult to somebody! maybe i didn't explain well because i forgot to say: "with the messages/comments silence" and you rightly understood another thing. But that wasn't the thing i wanted to say..
Now i close the topic because it's useless to keep on doing polemics here. Everything that had to be explained has been explained and now if any of you want to report something about this, he/she has to do it in PMs to the moderator/CMs he/she wants.
