new provinces

hello guys, i arrived to the blood land just a few days ago, and i saw tht there is a black veil on the northern side of the land. will that black space be filled with new provinces? maybe one day

Yes, the area that you saw is reserved for future levels but it not defined exactly when they will be visible.
