Dig options doesn't seem to work when entering the dungeon. Is it because we lack a digging tool? If so, where can we buy one.

nope. cause you cant dig. yours profession didnt let you. only miner and carpenter can dig. tanner and stone polisher cant dig

I'm a jeweller and stonecutter, and I need topaz, moonstone, cooper and all these raw materials, where am I supposed to get them?

from auction house or guild members which are miners

or you can change profession to miner and dig it, but now isnt possible to change profession
