Possible issue with learning new Recipes

I am a level 10 Ranger/Weaponsmith/Carpenter.
I am tier 2 in all crafting. I have learned 2 tier 2 weapons and I am trying to put a third on my character but I have been told I have reached my maximum.

Why is this? Should I not be able to learn how to make more than 2 weapons in tier 2?

I have attached a screen shot.

no. you should be able to learn all recipes which are for your profession if match to tier you have unlocked. strange is this message cause its for different events

Tried to add the recipe again and still will not let me do it, it tells me my maximum is reached.

ok now this is annoying I just made Tier 3 Weapon craft, and I had several recipes in tier 3 but only one took. Please fix this (lunchbox in Realm 2)!The older tier 2 recipe still does not take.Er anyone here anymore ? Is this game abandoned ?

ok still can not engulf tier 3 recipes in weapon craft (only one engulfed) out of the 5 I have. Also one tier two recipe did not take says (maximum reached) this is annoying because I craft more than attack.
HELP ME PLEASE !

I got a new one Balanced Iron-Pointed Javelin  [Level 26] and it took but the ones I had before I became tier 3 still do not take ? Kinda weird .

Any luck into finding this bug  ??? They still do not load.
I think I know what is going on...I was going to sell stuff at the market and I see these recipes in my bag where the market asks you what you want to sell and what currency gold or diamonds but my recipes are not in my bag they are at home.They are Iron edge pike recipe , Balanced iron war hammer recipe, Superb Bronze one hand sword recipe, Iron Bastard Sword recipe, simple composite bow recipe. any help would be appreciated.

Yes, possibly mine :).
Bought the recipes, don't know from who, but having the same problem...
Recipes are all 26 level and all give the same message 'Maximum reached'.
All 24 level recipes bought from the store can still be learned without problems.
