Possible issue with learning new Recipes

I'm lvl 12 ranger weaponsmith/carpenter
I've acquired 200cp for reasources and 100+ in crafting items, therefore I do believe I'm able to
learn tier 2 recipes, however, when trying to "engulf" a certain tier 2 recipe the message "maximum reached" or somethin' like that appears...
help

It might be useful to mention the recipe name and your account name as well, so programmers can hopefully look at it on Monday

and the recipes are:
short ash bow recipe
and superb bronze-pointed javelin recipe. Tnx

Well I logged with your account and all go normal and I learned both recipes you got.
If this happen again please write me the exact message and in which screen it appear.
