It says following: "You need to be higher Tier to take this road." As I know Grunar province is tier 3 and I am tier 3.

cause is still closed for players. another few days nomads will be settle this province

Only Tier 4 players can pass on this road.
From "Bunar" to "Grunar" and from "Gunar" to "Bunar"

the province in the right side of the map, next to Farolin Province.. that one that can be acces from somewhere or anyone in "X" tier?...
