Is it normal to get 3-4 gold per fight at lvl 4?

yes. gold drop after battle is random and depends on enemy level and difference between you and enemy and jewellery which you have with gold drop parameters

Erm,than how am i supposed to get gold? I can't even repair my armor with this silly amount I get.

1. Sell the loot in Auction
2. After becoming lvl5 you will be able to work for gold in the Tavern
3. Complete quests, you get some cash for those as well
From my experience I can say that gold is much easier to get than diamonds ;D
