Can not leave arena

Seems like I'm stuck! I keep pressing "leave arena", "ready", I refresh the page, log out and in again... nothing happens. I can neither fight, nor go back to the imperial city...

What is to do?

it happened very rare. try to logout for at least 10 minute and login again
