i dont know how to help you. maybe you have to go to hope village, then go to shop and repaior equipment. you dont wrote what is problem, there can be lot of reasons why you cant attack

on forum is portugal part. you can post in this language if its your fist language.

about attack, if you have level 2 you know there are zones, in each zone you can attack. after reaching level 4 you will have more places to attack
