basic carpenter's kit

what does the basic carpenter's kit do?and the Basic Tanner's Kit Recipe
Basic Jeweler's Kit Recipe , what are they for?
i can construct them but i don't know how i am gonna use them  ???
i see they described as tools...tools for what? :D

All  basic tools will be removed from the game, because we let players craft without them. So, sell it to a store. Tools from Tier 2 are a different story, but they will appear when you reach 10th level and travel to the other provinces.
