Password change notification

Please stop showing that annoying password change notification each time I log in. I do not want to change my password, at least for beta realm.
I think if user discarded this dialog box once or twice he should not see it automatically appear anymore. User can always change the password to stronger one via the Settings menu.

It is necessary to do that, because people are constantly asking us to return them lost items, because somebody accessed their account.
Therefore we consider it wise to constantly inform them that people are stealing from their account, because their passwords are too weak or too dumb.
