fighting in tier 4?

well, i made it to tier 4, and now i cant kill anyone lol!
i was fighting lowest lvl, with 2 oponents, they kill me like they were fighting a mouse...

how can u start fighting there?
do i must have 5 merceneries or what, thx for any help!

I don't know....maybe good weapon, armor and rings could help.....a merc or two maybe too
