battle calculator

I had today a battle with a small grey wolf half weaker than me. Before the battle the bar of my spirit was full. After the battle it is left empty. I cannot see, where was used all this spirit? I can see me healing myself few times, but was it necessary to do? And how much spirit is used for every healing?
I am a mystic and spirit is very imortant for me.
Can we have in the battle description written how much spirit was used in every round? My maximal spirit is 120 now. I want to understand for what I used near 100 units of spirit. And is it worth to waist 100 units of spirit that is recovering in 24 hours for a small weak gray wolf???

but i think, that i didn't need to be healed after every round... we should be healed only if our health is lower than a certain limit.... and it is too expensive to waste 10 units of spirit to increase my health with 2 units. health costs cheaper than spirit.
i am healing myself every time only by 2 units and for this i pay 10 units of spirit? why ? spirit spent for healing should be proportional with health received from this.

The point is, that, if you look careful at the battle description, this poor small gray wolf is taking in every round only 1.3 of my health. I started battle with 48 units of health. 48:1.3=48. I had enough health to resist 48 rounds of fight with this wolf. Why it was necessary to waste my spirit in this case? I finished the battle with more health than started, but without spirit left.
This is not right. I am going to hight and not to improve my health in the battle. And, again, spirit costs 2 times more expensive than health. Why should I use 10 units of spirit to get 2 units of health?

i think that topic was placed in suggestions and not in the questions... I am only suggesting that there is not right how the battle calculator is working and I want it improved...

its one of the downfalls of this game i think... not being in control of...what happens in the battle, especially with the mystics and our healing. In fact, its the only major issue i have now  :-\

Every Mystic regenerates spirit 2 times faster than health (without items that give +recovery). It actually takes you only 5 hours to regenerate all your spirit back, compared to 10 hours to recover your health. When you develop your Heal skill...

HEAL
Recovers health.

Bonus         + 1     + 2   + 4   + 6   + 10   + 15   + 20   + 30   + 40   + 50
Spirit cost   5   10   15   20   25   30   35   40   45   50

...you will be able to use your spirit more efficiently. As you can see the first two levels are crappy - you waste 5 spirit per 1 health. But as soon as you start using 2 or less spirit to heal 1 health (after level 6) you will be actually healing yourself much more efficiently.

OK, but why i need healing in every round? why not to do this only when health is lower than a limit? after every battle i am completely without spirit
. It is recovering, but I have to go to rest or to work after each battle.... Very seldom I can fight 3 battles in row...

Precisely. And this problem will become more severe as battles increase in number of participants (unless we somehow get to dozens per side, which I think can't be done in this game). I've seen this in other games - a group vs. group battle can sway wildly between outcomes simply because of who the participants target, and if they do it randomly, the results variability is huge. This makes battle results exceedingly variable even compared to IO, not to mention GI or GW.

you misunderstood?... we arent concerned with how fast the spirit is recovered... we are concerned with our spirit being used when we dont want OR need it to be... Right now, we waste all our spirit in the first 2 battles, when we dont need them, and then when we DO need them, we have to wait for some of it to regenerate (: Its a problem, methinks.

If the extra hp remains after the battle, I don't know what is the big problem...you convert your spirit into health. It doesn't matter if you do that in 10 battles or in 2 battles. You'll still get the same health from the same spirit. The only problem I can see is that when you have extra hit points, I guess you won't gain any hit points per hour

I suggest that it should be a button so you can choose to use or not to use spirit in a battle ::)
