APs stay at max !?!

I've just found that available APs were max-ed (i.e. 72 for me) and they do not decrease by expeditions ... I guess something with changing the daylight saving time.

We are having temporary problems regarding the APs.
We are working on it.
Everything should be ok in an hour.
