problem at merc

I has a problem on Bound to Merc but i delete one merc coz i want get another same Merc (for eg i has one Mystic Merc (was lower lvl than me so i dismiss the unit after take out all the equipment) then i get Higher Level Mystic Merc trying put back the equipment but it said bound someone. So how to rebound same mystic merc which i get higher level?

*** All the equipment that said Bound to (blank name) that i take out from Mercenary ****

its not possible. you can only sell those items in shop. all items used by mercs or hero can be used only by this merc or hero. no matter they are same class or even same name

so what i am suppose to do with my equipment? all this equipment is rare item type that i put at mercenary. someone solve this kinda of bug.

this is not bug. this is how it suppost to be. you can only sell this items in NPC shops
