Crafting Tire 3 not working

I am Jeweller - Stone cutter ...
I have unlocked tier 3...and also had added tier 3 receipes also but suddenly i can't see the tier 3 clickable..(not working) i can't go inside tier 3
In stonecutter section also I have unlocked tier 3 and have 24/100 points also but ...i can't click on tier 3..
I dono what is the problem....is this a bug?

its not bug. its new. from today crafting tier will depends on crafting points and hero level(tier).
i understand you have now hero with level lower than 20, thats why you have disabled crafting tier 3 in both professions

From today you must be tier 3 (level) to have access to tier 3 crafting. If you are lv20+ and you cannot craft then is bug.
Do not worry for your progress made on tier 3 crafting, when you reach the requirement level you will have all your recipes and xp gained back.

What happens to the receipes i have allready learned.....i will get that same after i reach tier 3 right......
i have spent good amount of gold to buy it

thank you....this rule will directly affect the market....
good equipment makers...who are below thier thier crafting tier will no longer be able to craft...
