What's the reason of 'bounded to xxx'?

You can't sell it to auction, you can't give it to other person, you can sell it just in NPCs shops.

reason is to have chance to sell crafted items

This is a good thing, otherwise there would be few sets and when you egt new one you could give old one to player of lower rank, and thus no prfit for crafters
